Visual identity for Mòlt, a bakery producing artisan sourdough bread naturally fermented with local and organic ingredients. Based on respect for farmers and promoting the local economy.
The client, a real foodie who loves anything ‘handmade’, wanted to add value to real bread, something that may seem simple but requires great care and dedication.
To convey this, Mòlt has a simple yet forceful image. While the shape represents the movement of a wheat grain mill, the colour is much more than fluorescent red representing fire and grey flour. We merely sought an image that could convey values and personality. Making bread is easy, but making it different and adding your own seal is much more complex. Representing all this in a brand, is simply Mòlt.
